Your submission should include:
A video.
A clear problem statement and target users/beneficiaries.
Measurable outcomes, evidence, and lessons learned (including failures and what changed).
A deployed system, credible pilot, or working prototype with real-world testing.
Responsible AI practices: risk identification, mitigation strategies, evaluation, and monitoring.
