Present novel AI solutions to specific Egyptian challenges with evidence of impact.
Must include: Problem definition, technical approach, results, implementation roadmap, and ethical impact assessment.
Category 2: Policy & Governance
Propose actionable policies, regulations, or governance mechanisms for Egyptian AI.
Must include: Policy problem, best practices review, detailed proposal, stakeholder analysis, and roadmap.
Report on studies of AI deployment, adoption, or impact in Egyptian contexts.
Must include: Research questions, rigorous methodology, data analysis, findings, and stakeholder recommendations.
Provide deep analysis of challenges and propose frameworks or theoretical approaches.
Must include: Problem analysis, review of existing approaches, proposed framework, validation approach, and policy implications.
Language: English (Note: Abstracts in Arabic are welcomed for accessibility).

JAR will publish a special issue for the CU-AI Nexus conference in 2026 and would like to clarify the following points in case asked by conference participants in the future:
Q.1 Will accepted abstracts be published only as conference abstracts, or will they appear in a supplementary issue of the Journal of Advanced Research (JAR)?
Answer: It will be published in a suppl issue of JAR after the conference at a cost per abstract.
Q.2 Will the published abstracts receive a DOI?
Answer: Typically, all abstracts will get one DOI.
Q.3 Does publication of the abstract affect the possibility of publishing the full manuscript later in another journal?
Answer: Authors can surely publish abstract as full paper later on.
Q.4 If a full manuscript has already been published or accepted for publication before the conference, is it still eligible for abstract submission and presentation at the conference?
Answer: It has to be new and not published before.
Q.5 Does the conference require that submitted work be unpublished at the time of abstract submission?
